Items purchased on may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
There are 3 ways to return or exchange your order, you can either;
1) Call our Customer Care team at +971 4 327 9989 or email
2) Return to the Bmore Store in Wafi Mall any day between 10 a.m. – 10 p.m (Dubai time: GMT +4).
3) Contact our Customer Care team on with your order number and request detail and we will deal with the rest. 
All returns must conform to our returns policy. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Return Policy

1) Items must be returned with in its original condition (new, unused, undamaged and unwashed) with all tags attached and its original packaging.
2) Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
3) For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over-clothing and returned with the protective seal attached, unremoved, and undamaged. We will not accept any returns if the seal is removed.
4) When trying on footwear, please make sure not to damage the soles or the shoe box. We recommend you try your shoes on a carpet or any soft flooring, to avoid damaging the shoes.
5) Perfumes, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Online Returns

1) Sign into your account and go to ‘My Orders', select the order number which include the item(s) you wish to return.
2) Click on Return and select the items you wish to return.
3) Confirm return and agree to our return policy.
4) You will receive a confirmation email with all the details and instructions you’ll need to complete the return.
